Well, I forgot to label some of those beach pictures. This area of water was formed by glaciers and in the last couple pix with dad in it, the Long Island Sound is WAAYYY in the background! That's how close we were to New York!! Anyway, it's back to catching up. Sunday was a WooHoo Day. The Exeter Stake called a couple to be the Stake Employment specialists and they are going to be GREAT!! Went to their block time..it was a ward very sparesely populated. So many foreclosures forcing people to move out and lack of job opportunities!! But they are ready to go for it!! There were about 14 of us in Relief Socity and the presidency was soooooo excited!! But for a small ward they sure had a wonderful linger longer!!! Great food!! Today we took advantage ofsome 50 degree weather and went to the New England Aquarium. Even dad enjoyed it!! It's a fantastic place and for our kiddo, Rick, who adores penguins, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Enjoy, Ricky First of all, we took the "T" and make 2 transfers!! From the red line to the green line, to the blue line to get to the aquarium and didn't miss a step!! The first pic is me pointing to the conversion square where the lines cross. Also just found out that today is "Evacuation Day" the day the British evacuated Boston. It was a state holiday and I guess that's why so many kids were at the aquarium today with their families!! And the news is wondering why it was a day off WITH pay rather than a day off WITHOUT pay!!! Good question....
These are an interesting fish-----dragon fish!!! Enlarge the photos and you'll be able to see they really do look like dragons--except for the first one!

After we left the aquarium we walked by the harbor and over to Fanuiel Hall. It's actually a huge square with three halls, each a city block long. North and South Marketplace are shops of all kinds and in the middle is Quincy Market which consists of at least 40 different places to eat. It's very cool!!!

That's the travel log for now. Tomorrow we spend the day refining our self employment workshop for Saturday. Thursday we go to the hospital and help sell daffodils for cancer research!!!! That's part of our volunteer thing! And sometime that day I MUST do visiting teaching!!! Never ending!!

Those are some awesome pictures! You are quite the photog.
OK, I know I've seen you before but I can't remember....who are you Pink and Blue>>
It looks like you two are getting a real feel for Boston. Great to find a pub named after Dick... The question is: did you go inside??? You didn't look too happy while eating in the food court, Karen. Didn't you enjoy your food? That's right, you're 'nurse shark' how could I have forgotten. JK You are greatly missed at work. Love the pic's and stories that go along with them.
Those ARE some awesome photos! Looks like you're still having fun.
