Got our car back and it looks sooooo pretty.......I'm on probabtion driving now. Sigh....
But here's a little addition to the blog. We had our first day of training at the hospital. They start everyone off in transport and that's where they need the help. So we spent 4 hours all over the hospital taking people on stretchers, wheelchairs, to every department in the hospital. It's a building that started as a cottage and has been added on to for years now so it's kinda confusing. They connected the buildings and so you can't get everywhere on one elevator. But we had no mishaps. So here we are as official volunteers...wheeeeeeeeee

No blog additions tomorrow, I promise. We're driving the Wenglers down to Beth Israel Hospital and we work at the Temple from 4-8. Wednesday morn we leave for New York. I signed us up for a 6 hour bus tour on Friday so we'll see everything in Manhattan that we need to see. And we'll get some foot rest time on the bus too!!!
